Being in relationship with an addict or alcoholic can be energy-draining. This group is designed to re-energize those affected by the addiction of a loved one through the paradigm of the four foundations of family recovery©. Using this model, group members will share their experiences of using the four foundations and will, with the help of Family Recovery coach Beverly A. Buncher, MA, CEC, help each other grow in their ability to practice healthy self care, loving kindness, boundary setting, and support, on a consistent basis.
Who: Family members and friends of addicts and alcoholics, most of whom have gone through the Four Foundations of Family Recovery six week introductory course.
What: A coaching group designed to provide group support and feedback on participant practice of the Four Foundations of Family Recovery, taking into account the individual needs of the group members based on where they are in their own stages of change.
Where: On the phone in the comfort of your home or office
When: Weekly on Monday evenings from 6-7:00 PM for 8 weeks on Mondays, from Nov. 1 - Dec. 20
Cost:
Regular fee: $200 for all 8 sessions when paid in full.
For current or past 4 Foundations students: $150 for all 8 sessions when paid in full.
For Bev’s current clients: $100 for all 8 sessions when paid in full
About the Coach: Beverly A. Buncher, Family Recovery Coach, is the creator and developer of the Four Foundations model of Family Recovery and the author of the forthcoming book The Four Foundations of Family Recovery: Simple Ideas to Transform Chaos to Sanity.
About the Four Foundations: Based on tried and true recovery concepts and principles, the Four Foundations of Family Recovery gives participants the opportunity to see their lives and their relationships to their loved ones through the lens of recovery, and on that basis, to act from the perspective of healthy love of self and others.
